Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time email marketer?

Do you only work with certain email tools?
We offer access to our own CRM platform that includes all the tools needed to run email campaigns. However, if you are happy with your current software, we can create optimised email designs and templates that can be imported into almost any email marketing tool.
Will we need to grant access to our email software and database?
This will depend on the tasks you request from us. If you don't wish to use our CRM platform, for simple designs and templates or strategic advice, we don't need access to your accounts.
How do I make requests?
We'll set you up with a personal request board that you and any members of your team will have access to. Here, you can add requests to your queue; when submitting a request, there'll be a quick brief to fill in, so we have all the info we need.
How quickly will my requests be completed?
When a request hits the top of your queue we aim to have them completed the following working day when submitted before 1pm.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee providing none of the designs or templates we deliver have been used.
Is your CRM platform GDPR compliant?
Yes, of course. And we only allow you to send to contacts that have opted in to receive emails.
Will I own the contacts stored in the platform?
The contacts and data collected will be yours. You will have account access to all data and can export any data as you wish.
